This project brief was to take an old 1950’s unit block and update to the latest NCC construction guidlines including fll fire and acoustic upgrades to achieve Strata Title from one block to 4 freehold units.

This required significant asbestos removal, underpinning and structural re-alignment as we as all new services prior to the firerating and acoustic treatment.
