Our team has recently completed Brisbane projects including; a small high-rise Medical Centre in Spring Hill, renovation and construction of 3 houses in Hamilton, 15 townhouses at Loganholme, luxury terrace house refurbishment and redevelopment in Kelvin Grove.
The company is also currently undertaking a 1950’s 4 unit refurbishment and refit to the latest Fire Codes in Margate to enable starta titling, 3 NDIS duplexes in Warwick Robust Specification and 2 Dual Occupancy Robust Specification NDIS buildings in Toowoomba.
In addition it is now reaching out into the home renovation and extension space, and is working on an Extension Project in Figtree Pocket. As part of this portfolio the team has bought 3 units in Margate up to the minimum rental guidelines now coming into effect for Landlords.
