The reconstruction of a Spanish style Villa into 2 luxury City Home Colonial Style Villas.  This Project required the complete stripping out of the arched structure and indoor swimming pool, underpinning the external walls and roof and forging 2 new freehold properties including a large extension to create the finished product.
